Our relationship has been shaped by a shared pull toward movement, nature and moments that allow us to feel fully immersed. As we grew together, those elements began to influence how we wanted to live and what we felt drawn to create. We kept returning to the same ideas — intentional movement, meaningful connection and environments that engrouage you to pause and truly take it all in. What started as something personal naturally grew into something we wanted to share — creating experiences that allow others to reconnect with themselves in a way that feels grounded and genuine.


Holly is here to create memories that stay with you long after the moment has passed. She’ll guide you not only through your practice, but through opening your mind to try new things and changing the way you view the world. With a light, down to earth approach, she invites you to explore, expand and engage in a way that feels both freeing and real.


Brendan is a 500-hour registered yoga teacher leading movement experiences centered on play and exploration, designed to expand strength and awareness. His way of teaching has been formed by years of extended journeys across several countries — blending movement, culture and discovery into his own personal practice. Through yoga, handstands, inversions and meditation he creates a space where you feel comfortable to move with curiosity and ease.
